MOST GOP Leaders, not just Donald Trump, stand for no one but themselves; they’ve even worked against the interests of the constituents – the same ones who voted them in office – every opportunity they have
Example: They opposed Obamacare with every breath they have; it’s bad for the country they said. It’s a death panel, they advanced. It’s going to cost jobs they lambasted. It cannot survive they warned. During the midterm elections, faced with the possibility of a loss in the House, they screamed at the top of their lungs – actually they swore up and down – they will protect you (the constituents) from the insurance companies, they will keep pre-existing conditions around. Whatever happens to Obamacare is bad, evil, job killer and so on?
They are as callous and indifferent as their leader Donald Trump is. They were hoping ALL Republican constituents were as ignorant and gullible as those who have continued to support Donald Trump. Peter Marshall said “Those who stand for nothing fall for anything.”
