The 2018 mid-term elections is tomorrow, Tuesday November 6.
1.- You should make every effort to cast your vote tomorrow. Don’t let anything (rain, sleet, snow, twister, hurricane) deter you from voting. Plan to vote either on your way to work or during lunch hour or after work. But DO NOT under any circumstance skip this election.
2.- Be vigilant! Be very vigilant. In early voting in Texas a couple of weeks ago, there was at least one irregularity which was found and reported. One individual had her vote changed from Beto O’Rourke to Ted Cruz by the machine. Had she not paid attention, her vote would have gone to the unintended candidate. BE VIGILANT!
If you feel something is not right, don’t shrug it off. Do not try to explain it away to yourself or to justify it. Bring it to the attention of those in charge or those overseeing the votes; there are Representatives of both Partys at all the voting location. In addition, most locations have reporters around standing by for a “juicy” story.
