There is no doubt that over 100 million individuals most of whom “tune in” regularly to Fox Opinion – referred to by most as Fox News – live in complete ignorance of what is actually true. Very basic dialogue with most of Fox’s viewers reveals they are clueless of their own ignorance. The situation is much worse than just expressed and shows sign of getting much, much worst, courtesy of the GOP leadership. The Republican Party leaders provide (to their fans base) an “alternate reality” to mask the constituents’ ignorance in order to consolidate support from their political voting group despite obvious evidence (forgive the redundancy here) this is hurting the country in very profound ways. Martin Luther King Jr. said “Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.”
