From time to time, something seemingly bad turns out to be good; such is the case of the ongoing government shutdown. Despite the rhetoric which preceded the shutdown on Friday, January 19 2018 and the blame game which ensued afterwards, the outcome is probably the best thing which has happened to the country since the ascension of Donald Trump into the Oval Office.
