Thankfully, Republican Legislators in Washington not only understand what it’s like to have to deal with that much wealth but they are also in a position to do something about it. And they did. They introduced a tax cut to help the wealthy individuals keep their wealth, and large corporations to pay very low taxes or not pay taxes at all. But GOP Leaders didn’t just stop there; how could they? Where would they find the money to help alleviate the burden on the wealthy individuals? They came up with a two-part solution:
- the country will borrow $1.5 trillion dollars (from China or the Saudis) and distribute most of it to the wealthy.
- the country will ask the working class to contribute a little more to help pay down the debt. After all, the middle class of all people should understand that wealthy individuals need to keep most of their money. They are used to working long hours to care for they families, why not utilize those skills to help the “poor” rich people who desperately need to stay rich and enjoy life to the fullest.
As it should be obvious by now, Republican Legislators in Washington have a good grasp on how to help alleviate the burden on the rich.
