It is very difficult – at times impossible – to debate any issue (social, political, scientific) with a Republican without a sense the individual could be stupid, gullible and yes definitely an hypocrite. Any topic about any issue will do; case in point: the Las Vegas tragedy.

What will Lawmakers in Washington do to prevent another mass shooting?

Absolutely NOTHING!

You know the drill. Democrats will scream at the top of their lungs for gun reforms. Republicans will either ignore the Democrats or simply change the topic until the demands for gun control fade away. Until another mass shooting takes place when the above will be repeated.
