Steve Green, Hobby Lobby President

Molly Redden of Mother Jones wrote a great piece on the hypocrisy of Hobby Lobby president, Mr. Steve Green which seems to have a morale dilemma. It is one thing to initiate a legal battle to defend one’s belief, quite another to do or condone actions the “morale antenna” does not capture. Molly exposed in her article not just the hypocrisy of Mr. Green but also how rich, powerful people can indiscriminately force their beliefs on others without any repercussion. It’s doubtful Mr. Green knows his employees’ stands on the matter. The fear of losing their job could keep them quiet but Mr. Green’s legal fight against the contraceptive mandate in Obamacare did more damage to christian faith than it helped.
