In light of the senseless murder in Florida – a man texting to his 3-year old girl while at the movie theater was fatally shot by another patron who wanted him to stop texting – it should not be difficult to reason the need to place more restrictions on gun availability, use and to introduce harsher penalties for the improper use.
It used to be a time when setting a dispute involved challenging the other party to a duel; that was when life had value. That was then. Today, you need not go far, you need not wait long to find numerous cases of scenes such as the senseless murder in Florida.
